Leads against premature ejaculation

Coming sooner than you would like is common. It is neither a fate nor a shame topic, and several simple levers exist before imagining a treatment.
What we are talking about
There is no official stopwatch. We speak of premature ejaculation when it almost always comes very early, you cannot hold it, and it weighs on one, the other, or both. Once in a while, after a long dry spell, does not count.
If distress is high, or if there is pain, a doctor or sexologist saves months of self-diagnosis. Serious approaches exist, including behavioural ones.
Stop and start
Alone, you masturbate until the irreversible rise is close, then you stop completely, breathe, come down, and start again. Three cycles, then you let yourself come on the last. The idea is not to punish yourself; it is to recognise the point of no return before it arrives.
The squeeze variant: a brief pressure, fingers around the glans, as the rise comes, can push ejaculation back. Be gentle. Pain is not the tool.
Around the bed
A slightly thicker condom, or a delay spray used exactly as labelled, lowers sensation. A ring helps some, not all. Change position, slow down, go back to hands and mouth: leaving continuous penetration takes the urgency out.
The pelvic floor, worked calmly, gives better control over time. And talking with the person who shares the bed removes half the pressure. Silence increases it.
These texts are general pointers. They do not replace medical advice, or a sexologist, when something worries you or hurts.
