Shipping, returns, warranty.

Free shipping from €300.00, whichever the delivery country. Below that: Metropolitan France €7.00 · Other EU country €7.00. Fees show in the cart and are confirmed at checkout.

Every order leaves the Dreamlove logistics centre, in Carmona, near Seville, Spain.

Mainland France (except islands): often 24 to 48 h. Rest of the EU: 24 to 72 h, i.e. 1 to 3 days working days after payment.

A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.

The box is always plain. Discretion mode goes further and also removes the Loveshops name from the label, the invoice and the bank statement.

You have 30 days after receipt to send back an unopened product, in its original sealed packaging. That period includes the 14-day withdrawal right provided by law.

A full refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the return, on the payment method used.

For hygiene reasons, an unsealed product cannot be taken back, except a defect covered by the warranty.

To start a return, write to contact@loveshops.eu with your order number. We send the return address and the steps.

Every product is covered by the 2-year legal conformity warranty, from delivery.

A defective product, one that no longer charges, or that does not match the description: it is repaired, replaced or refunded, at your choice within consumer-law limits.

The warranty does not cover normal wear or damage from use that does not follow the leaflet.

One address: contact@loveshops.eu. A real person replies within 24 working hours.

A question before buying, tracking, a return, the warranty: it all goes there. You can also write to ask for discretion mode after the fact if you forgot it at checkout.
